Charity News – A huge ‘WELL DONE’ to PDC team members, Jessica and Emma!

Jessica and Emma - wet, muddy and bruised but still smiling! Well done girls!!

Big, big congratulations to two very brave members of the Priory Dental Care team, Jessica and Emma, who successfully completed the ‘Rat Race Dirty Weekend’ to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

This challenging event, which took place at Burghley House on Saturday 10th May, is the World’s biggest assault course consisting of a gruelling 20 mile run over 200 different themed obstacles, whilst soaking wet and covered in mud!  If you’d like to see what the girls went through, please click the following link http://www.ratracedirtyweekend.com

Cancer Research UK is the largest single funder of cancer research in the United Kingdom.  They have saved millions of lives with groundbreaking work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.  People’s chances of surviving cancer have doubled in the last 40 years, and Cancer Research UK have been at the heart of that progress.

More than one in three of us will still get cancer at some point.  The vital work of Cancer Research UK, funded entirely by the public, will help ensure that millions more people survive.  And thanks to their groundbreaking work more people are beating cancer than ever before.

So far, the girls have raised over £350.00 for Cancer Research UK, and there’s still money coming in.  Please help Jessica and Emma to raise as much money as possible.  We would be grateful for any donation you can give, no matter how big or small.

Thank you for your valued support.
