We believe good value is important in dentistry and we don’t want finance to be a barrier to your dental treatment. We will provide a written estimate of costs for all planned treatment, and ensure that you fully understand when payments are due. If there is any change in your treatment or costs, we will discuss this with you before we proceed.
Fees Guide
Payment Methods
We operate a “pay-as-you-go” system which means that payment for your treatment will be due on each visit. Treatment involving a laboratory fee will need to be paid for in advance of completion.
You may pay for your dental care by cash, debit card or credit card (we do not accept American Express).
Where clinically possible, we may be able to plan your treatment in stages to suit your budget. We also offer finance plans to help you spread the cost – simply ask us for further details.
Once dentally fit, there may be the option of joining Denplan Care, our comprehensive dental payment plan

Deposits
When booking new patient appointments or any non-registered patient appointment, we will normally request a deposit payment from you. This payment is your confirmation of your commitment to attend your appointment. Our deposit payments are fully refundable providing sufficient notice of cancellation is given, and will be set at the following levels
New patient examinations
Non-registered appointments
Appointments of up to one hour
In certain cases, we may request a higher deposit (for example, if a longer appointment is reserved for you). You will be advised at the time of booking if this applies to you.
Notice of Cancellation
If you change your mind or other commitments prevent you from attending, we ask you to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone who may be in urgent need of treatment.
